This year we are taking applications for our Spring Boutique fund raiser. There is a $10 non-refundable application fee. After completing the form below, a link to pay the fee via PayPal will be available. You MUST pay the application fee BEFORE your application will be considered. We are limiting the number of vendors this year in order to make the Spring Boutique more successful for both of us. Applications will be accepted through mid-January 2012 and considered as they are received(with application fee). Once your application has been approved, you will receive an email from which you can log in and arrange your boutique needs. Note that in the application, it is ONLY necessary to upload photos if you do not have a website, or your website does not provide images of products you intend to sell at the Spring Boutique.
